(scroll back a bit, this was asked just over a week ago.... maybe a little more 'vBulletin Magic?' at play? :biggrin2:)
...yeah, I got a thoughtful "hmmmmmm" from Jordan...probably right before he picked up a large hammer....
I had this same problem...posting pics to an album...although in my case I was told by the system that I have no room...I have 3-4 pics in an album. Posted in some thread..."website problems" maybe. Jordan had responded there...said something about room for...what was it? a hundred pictures? This was before the upgrade. Actually...not the same problem...had problems posting pics...so I didn't. I wonder if I tried again I'd have the same problem?
hot linking" images. This is the most probable cause of the missing image problem.
Beyond that, I'm now focusing more on migrating the board away from vBulletin rather than fixing vBulletin. Things will continue to be meh until we're switched.
Right now I am getting a message saying that I am using 3.72 of 3.91 Megabytes or using 42 pictures. But these are just dumb pictures I used to add to my posts in various threads. I tried to figure out how to delete them. I even looked up VBulletin and followed the instructions there but it looks like although I deleted them they are still there. I went to settings, then attachments, clicked on select all and then chose delete. Yet now it still says I am using up the same amount as before (what I wrote in the first sentence of this post). When are we going to move on to something other than VBulletin (or are we?) SVP? They now look like they are all .bmp files but that is all that changed. Thanks!
