Glengarry Glen Ross - I've seen this before but can always watch this great movie again. This is a play adapted to movie and only has a couple of sets. Very character oriented story about salesmen selling sight unseen real estate. Jack Lemmon, Al Pacino, Ed Harris, Alec Baldwin, Kevin Spacey and Alan Arkin star. Jack Lemmon steals the show (as usual). If you've never seen it, see it now.

Was just reading a little about this movie this morning! Came about in a roundabout way...I watched a documentary the other night on The Godfather movies, and their cultural/social impacts. Was interesting! Anyway, that led me to look up Oscars...the year Al Pacino won for Scent of a Woman, he was also nominated for his supporting role in this movie, making him the first male actor to be nominated for both the Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor the same year.

I've never seen it, but will watch for it.

Mad About Men (1954). The sequel to the 1948 mermaid comedy, Miranda. Glynis Johns reprises her role as the titular mermaid, this time in living color. In this one, Miranda finds a look alike with which to switch places, in her never-ending, legless, tailflapping pursuit of men. Pretty dumb, but Glynis Johns is smokin hot (with or without scales).

Re-watched Mama (2013). I am glad they still can do good horror movies from time to time (though not as often as we would like it )

We watched Oblivion last night. Pretty good sci-fi story if that's your cup of tea. Tom Cruise wasn't too bad either.
