Good and a happy Friday to all. Let's hope Mother Nature has taken her chill pills and it will be a beautiful weekend for all to have some fun.
All good in Spideyland- heading to the 80's by end of weekend.

Reminder: Clocks AHEAD/FORWARD one hour this weekend.

Herbal tea in hand and off to bean bag central. All are welcome to join.

    ((((all in ned or not))))

Neesy, make sure you try black walnuts, they are the bomb. Remember they are going to taste different than what you are used to. I'm almost positive those in your cupboard are of the english variety but I have been wrong once before.
Take care friends, have a great weekend!
I've never seen black walnuts for sale at the store before. You could probably buy them at a farmer's market in season. Or, if you know someone with a tree, they would probably let you come and pick up a bushel of the things.

I am not a fan myself--I think they're kinda sour-tasting--but Cowboy is right. They are definitely wilder than their English cousins. I do like the smell of the trees, though. (Interesting fact: black walnut trees are aggressive; their roots produce a toxin called juglone that can actually kill lots of other plants.)

    TGIF!!!!

I'm off to tackle my kitchen cupboards. They are in desperate need of rearranging on the inside and then I'll oil them down on the outside and make them purty.

Hope everyone has a really great weekend! I've been feeling like but am working on getting back to feeling like and

    Sending big hugs!!

Say it isn't so. This is sooooo stupid. I really hate this one when I lose an hour of weekend. Why can't they do this on Wednesday at 1:00?

Or Friday afternoon so we could go home and begin the weekend earlier? Only for daylight savings time, though!

Why can't we just set the clocks back an hour each time?

Happy Friday! Thanks for the treats Gelata! I need some sugar this morning. My wagon's draggin'. So I bought some knock off brand of "crystal light" that you add to water, sorta like grown up Kool-Aid for cheap-skates. I bought the cherry limeade flavor and made a batch last night. I also made some veggie wraps and took them to bed with me. I ate my feast and watched some Project Runway, then promptly fell asleep. When I woke up this morning and went into the bathroom for my morning duty, I looked in the mirror and I have a huge red mustache! Can't wash it off.... Holy Cats! Right?! LMAO@me.
