I picked up The Shining (in preparation for Doctor Sleep) and Horns from the library today.
Time to break my 'novel drought'.

I'd just finished a re read of The Shining. Last reading was when it was originally published. So much better than the movie. Next up is Kathy Reichs Bones are Forever.

I am enjoying the second one, I'm only about 70 pages into it. I very much liked the first one, but it took me forever to read! It took me a month...I just couldn't find the time to read more than 20 or 30 pages at a time, and it made me feel like I somehow wasn't doing the story justice, because I was enjoying it!

Invisible Monsters by Chuck Palahniuk (author of Fight Club for those not familiar with him). One of the few novels by him I have not read yet. This man is a genius!

Did not find Mr. Vincent's title so I guess a quick internet teleporting to the B&N is in order.
**And a new Meg Gardner (sp?) for Ms. Mod too!!

It's my absolute favorite of his. By far. Enjoy. And, he has a new one coming in October called Doomed, in case you didn't know!

I'm finishing up Double Feature (about 100 pages until done) but I also started Reconstructing Amelia. It's supposed to be as good as Gone Girl so I couldn't wait!

Just finished Dandelion Wine by Ray Bradbury and The Wastelands Book 3 of the Dark Tower Series by Stephen King. Reading Zen in the Art of Writing and Medicine for Melancholy both by Ray Bradbury along with The Running Man by Stephen King which is blowing my mind away.
