I just started reading In One Person by John Irving. It's the first new John Irving novel I've read since A Prayer for Owen Meany. I used to love him, but then I grew tired of the repetitive themes. This one has them ALL, but I am enjoying it; probably because I have not read him in ages.

Lemme guess: he's got some wrestling in there somewhere, right?

This spoiler does not spoil the actual plot; it just instructs you to do something. You can wait and read it when you are done with the book or you can read it now.

make sure you read the acknowledgements and about the typeface at the end of the book!

Started Femme by Bill Prozini last night. Another 'Nameless Detective' tale. This one's told in 1st person and also third person.

I've got about a hundred pages left in NOS4A2, and I hate it when bad things happen to good people. But that just shows how well drawn the characters are.
I'm also reading Paris by Edward Rutherfurd.
