    I feel ya on that. I read Black House several months later. The good thing is, the two books are nothing alike.

    Very hard reads that took me forever. I liked Black House the most . . .when I read The Talisman I could tell when the writers switched.

    Am reading Death in a Lonely Land..Peter Hathaway Capstick..his descriptions of his and other people's experiences in Africa,South America,and the Asian continent is excellent..

    Had to finish reading Jeffrey Deaver's The Kill Room checked out from the library. I used to be into his books, but I almost didn't finish this one. Now I can really delve into Dr. Sleep! I also started Colorado Kid (from library too).

    I've only read a few of Deaver's and to me they were just 'OK' . . .

    I'm reading Burden of Breath by Ann Minnett and I must say the lady has a way with describing the mentally challenged.
