Just finished Heartsick by Chelsea Cain, the first of her Gretchen Lowell/Archie Sheridan series. I enjoyed it so much, I immediately downloaded the second in the series, Sweetheart, for my Kindle. Pretty gory serial killer stuff that Stephen recommends, and I do too!

I received The Twelve as a Christmas prezzie and I am enjoying every word of it....do not want it to end. I think that this book is a tribute to Uncle Steve by a writer who probably worships his work. Anyone notice the character with a gun named Abigal? There are some aspects of The Cell and The Stand in this story...hard not to notice. Sounds like it was written in homage to great works of writing. Well done!

Just finished Ghost Road Blues, liked it, but did not realize it was 1 of 3. Just starting the Twelve.

Finished Hercule Poirot's Christmas by Agatha Christie yesterday. As usual, she had me guessing with all the twists and turns. A nice little Christmas read.

I bought myself a Nook for Christmas. I downloaded "Throttle" and it was great. I going to repurchase all the Dark Towers now so I have them in my purse when I have some free time.

Haven't finished it. Got busy with other things at home and haven't done any reading on my own time in 2 or 3 months.
