    Default Film

We studied the film in my creative writing class. It's so sad but touching.

It's one of the best adaptations of a King novel.

You studied the film in your creative writing class? Did y'all study the book? Nothing better than the man's words.

We studied it in my nursing class during Developmental Psychology. The movie presents four boys, each in his distinct stage of psychological/emotional development.

It's a great movie, Chris. A must see, especially for sK fans.

I'd like to screen this for my middle schoolers at lunchtime (the kids who don't head to the cafeteria and socialize, they come to my room to watch fun TV shows. I screened edited versions of movies before, but nothing above PG). I read the novella when I was in middle school and then the film came out a few months later. I loved them both so very much.

Just wrote up a permission slip for the kids to bring to their parents. Wish me luck! I think the parents will be okay with it. I spelled it out exactly (language and gun scene at the end).

First post on here. Hello fellow King fans! Long days and pleasant nights.
