    He's been released on bond, and his trial has been indefinitely postponed. Not sure yet if the charges against him will be dropped or not, but no evidence was found at his home or in his car.

    It wouldn't be too hard for someone to send something like that and make it look like someone else sent it. If this guy didn't do it, what a nightmare to have to go through an FBI investigation. Remember that poor guy who was accused in the Atlanta Olympics incident?

    Richard Jewell. And I can still remember his elderly mother crying during an interview about how their life was ruined. He died in 2007, age forty-four, from health issues.

    I certainly don't have all the evidence but it does seem this poor guy was set up. Poor Elvis!

    You mean Elvis has left the building?

    I may wield a poison pen but, ricin in the mail?
    Two attempts to kill someone... Assassination fail.
    President Obama, Roger Wicker... D.C.'s tense.
    Sending ricin through the mail's a capital offense.

    Terrorism's cowardly, but poison's even worse
    (Near as bad as politics expressed in lousy verse)
    FBI released the man whose name was on the note;
    Someone framed the guy to be a sacrificial goat.

    Seems things come in clusters: Boston, Canada - now, this.
    So far we have caught the letters; pray that we don't miss.
    'though, from front-row seats inside a Boston neighborhood,
    Let me reassure you all - the FBI is good.
