This is not something that is "typical" in Dallas, but not that rare either.

This happened here, and we see the brick building every single day.
And like I said, both my cousins went to high school there and they didn't.

Apparently the use of "BRO" is considered offensive.

This is the first time EVER in my history of life on planet earth that someone got offended by that.

Saying "BRO" isn't an insult, even to a woman. Its just slang.

But if you interpreted it that way, I apologize.

Joking that someone killed the President of the USA seems a bit more offensive, just saying...

As usual, an internet thread has degenerated...

Time to go down the rabbit hole and do a RESET!!!!

    Hehe...

Perhaps, but he made a fairly convincing case, and had FIRST HAND evidence to back it up.

(This message was no intended to offend anyone, and was merely meant as humorous)

As per my private message to you, the use of that term can be interpreted as an insult and as this has been pointed out to you, you'll now understand that somebody did take offence to it. So, if your apology is sincere, then perhaps we can all get back to discussing the subject at hand.
Yes, a reset sounds like a very good idea.

What was the first hand evidence? The report? I thought we covered that already! (But you did say you didn't have time to look into it so there is that.)

Now how in the hell could that be taken as an insult by any reasonable person? At worst, it falls no further than annoyance or irritation.

    It was me it offended.
I consider myself to be a fairly reasonable and open minded person....
.....the first time, I could overlook, but after I informed him that I am a girl and didn't like being called 'bro'.....he purposely referred to me in that manner again, and I took it as a personal barb. I feel that it was a personal insult directed at me.
