The Dollar Baby Program ended on December 31, 2023. Contracts executed and returned prior to December 31, 2023 will be honored and remain in effect for one year from the contract execution date, per the terms of such contract. No contract extensions will be granted after December 31, 2023. Any unreturned contracts outstanding from applicants are null and void and will not be honored if returned after December 31, 2023.
