Question Fourth Book Cover Misprint

I was just curious if this was a rare misprint or not...I have a copy of the fourth installment of the Green Mile serial series and the cover of the book is wrong. If you open the book as if the picture and title was the front (like a normal book) the first page you open to is actually the last and is upside down. To be able to read the book you must open it from the back, upside down and then proceed.

I only ask because I am new to the SK realm and did not know if it was just something clever he did or if it really is a rare mistake. I acquired the books from my grandma, and who knows how long she's had them. None of the other books in the series are like this, and I was curious if there were other people out there with this error.

It was a mistake in the binding process, not intentional, but I don't know if it was rare or not.

Thank you for your quick reply. The serial set is in good condition so I'm going to take it to a rare bookstore today and see if I can't find out more about it.

hi, I think you are really lucky to have something so rare, I didn't realise that the books were old. Obviously like you, your grandma has good taste in reading. Take care and good luck with the book.

Picturing that, it's a pretty funny visual. I can imaging seeing that and thinking, "what's up with this person"
