Very touching and brutal. A darker version of Romeo and Juliet.

I read it once, then I read it twice and my only thought of this story is: fantastic! It is not that I am a fan of Mr. King's works and all of them are like sweet apple-pie to me, no. "Nona" caught me really strong and did not let go for a long, long time. Now, after almost 10 years since I read it I still remember it, the idea, the feelings inside of it. Maybe I have to read it again to make the remembrence even stronger.

This short was probably by far one of the best i've ever read, the way it was written was incredible. It gave me the inspiration to write my own short stories
