I liked that you included the notes on how you came up with each story in the back. As an aspiring author who has been experiencing troubles with starting a good tale I found it very helpful. In terms of stories I particularly enjoyed 'Mute'. The twist was foreseeable but very satisfying. Thank you for a good read.

I'm probably nitpicking, but in Stationary Bike (an otherwise outstanding story) a reference is made to former Blue Jay slugger Carlos Delgado, who is not and never was nicknamed "Big Cat". King apparently had Delgado confused with Andres "Big Cat" Gallaraga. Outstanding work overall, as usual.

One of the things that drew me to his writing was the breadth of the story collections, which never came up short. flowe

This collection of stories is amazing, just like all of King's stories. "N.", in my opinion, is the best -- it's Lovecraftian roots can't be denied, and a true horrific spin on OCD. The symbolism and mythos behind C'thun and the dark plane of existence is fascinating, and I have noticed in some stories such as "Crouch End", there are mentions of dark "other" worlds, worlds of blood and death... Very interesting and fascinating, and overall, terrifying. "A Very Tight Place" was an adventure into a personal form of hell, and without giving it away to anyone who hasn't read it; it's a story that lives up to it's title, just as King is a writer who lives up to his name. I enjoyed every story in this collection, and have reread it at least ten times over, and it still is as great as the first time.
