How many times has the message boar been upgraded in the past twenty years since it[s inception ?

This message board permanently closed on June 30th, 2020 at 4PM EDT and is no longer accepting new members.
I think this is the 5th time since its inception back in 1998.
I think we went:
Custom software -> ikonBoard -> vBulletin -> XenForo
That said, there were several major (and innumerable minor) version changes under each different software. I guess you could say that the board has been upgraded a few thousand times

Do the old boars all go to the same retirement community? Is the pension plan adequate?

How about early retirement? I would imagine the sausage wouldn't be too bad from a younger boar taking off early.

I guess I boar resemblance to my remark . That was by accident i made a "typo" not a "typee" . I have boar the brunt of it , put my nose right in it .
