Don't know, don't really care. As long as I see new titles, I am happy.

Oh, true!A Talisman III.
Hate to break the news to you but this was all fake. One about Mermaids. Watched a fascination special on the Discovery Channel last night. Seems they might just exist. Seemingly they like to stay close to whales and follow their migration for protection from Orcas and open water sharks.
Also, some reports from the show state the government had kept one alive for several years... this one.
More footage from other contacts:
If it was all fake it was done rather well, and would make for a compelling horror/scifi/fantasy/mystery story IMO.Hate to break the news to you but this was all fake.
I know. They did do an awesome job with it. I watched it at my brother's house when it first aired and then we watched it again the next day and that's when I realized that the 'scientists' were in fact paid actors because they had way too much screen 'presence' not to be. They didn't act nervous (like most normal folk who have never been on TV would be) at all and they just were able to say their 'lines' without any type of pauses, etc. Most folks wouldn't be able to do that. Also, when they show the live footage that the teenage boy took on the beach it was just too professional looking- everything was centered just perfectly. A scared kid is not going to film like that. I think the producers had to air a retraction later- it may actually be at the end of the show when they are showing the credits. If it was all fake it was done rather well, and would make for a compelling horror/scifi/fantasy/mystery story IMO.
Isn't that what Flagg is tho?Rasputin. Someone needs to mine that topic, might as well be the Coolmaster.
You'd better copyright this! I want to suggest he write something about lesbian nuns impregnated by aliens (apologies to all of you lesbian nuns that have been impregnated by aliens-mia culpa)- and yes, this idea is copyrighted but I will let King use it for $1. DOLLAR BABY!!!!Call me brilliant but a book about neurotic mermaids, a jilted shark, two teams of scientists who think mermaids do and do not exist, and a two - different - lion's - body character who are on a collision course with .Space Cowboy and hedge animals come back from the dead. Featuring Dick Cheney as a bona fide medium who channels Mordred and Detta with talismen and whatnot.

Think Congo is in same collection as Sphere (tropical jungle)SusanNorton said:I don't think I've seen it, blunt. Will check it out. I really loved "The Abyss."
An elephant trainer, as Cusack sees it, is someone who converts Republicans to Democrats. Like HE is b/c he can afford to be any damn thing he WANTS to be.
It's not like he's a common working stiff and anyway the Republican Party FAVORS people like HIM.
I'll never understand why someone with boo coup bucks decides they want to pay high taxes.
I personally can't afford to pay high taxes but I'm doing it anyway in Federal income.
A compilation of Sphere, Congo, and (I think) Eaters of the Dead was published at some point.Think Congo is in same collection as Sphere (tropical jungle)
