I started it this past Sunday or Monday and I'm 200 pages away from finishing. I never spend 2 or 3 hour blocks of time reading. I usually take my time. This holiday weekend gives me a chance to finish up and hopefully move on to Black House next week!
Happy 4th of July everyone!

I'm reading Talisman and digging it. I should have it done within a few days, after which I plan to start Black House.

I've never read it, as crazy as that probably sounds lol. I have 3 copies of it though so that's not an excuse, LOL.

Did Peter Straub write this one with King as well, or just Black House? I can't believe I have neglected to read both of those over the years. Real stupid move!

Yes, they wrote it together.

It's my favourite as well! And yes, I do love Wolf. LOL
I know that SK wrote this book with Peter Straub, but when you guys read it, could you tell the difference? I mean, now I know that SK wrote this part... or Peter... ans so on...
I couldn't. o_O

I couldn't, either, although I have read on here from a number of members that they could tell...they're thin on details though. A hundred years after so-and-so, like Twain's autobiography, when all those unpublished stories are published...readers will then learn the truth of who wrote what but not till then.

I could tell certain passages and whole chapters. Then, I couldn't tell as clearly. It's a matter of hearing one's Master's voice or not.
