Garth Brooks--The Dance???
Seriously, when the movie is made, what better song for the final scene?

Yep, I'm with you on that. The musical arrangement just "feels" right for Jake & Sadie, it has such a sad and nostalgic quality to it and it was our Masters choice....well, there's this...
Glenn Miller is the best choice, in my opinion. In the Mood suits both the time and scene to a tee....well, there's this...
I took my Nana to see Poppa in the nursing home on Monday and it happened to be piano hour. At first when I sat down in the circle I just felt like crying (one or two drops may've fallen) because here was a room full of people in varying stages of death... some were sleeping in their chairs, other were drooling uncontrollably, a few were holding 'shakers' listlessly in their laps....well, there's this...
What a neat story, Flake! ♥I took my Nana to see Poppa in the nursing home on Monday and it happened to be piano hour. At first when I sat down in the circle I just felt like crying (one or two drops may've fallen) because here was a room full of people in varying stages of death... some were sleeping in their chairs, other were drooling uncontrollably, a few were holding 'shakers' listlessly in their laps.
Soon though, they began to come alive, feet started tapping, hands were slapping and people were smiling... I couldn't help myself, I just started getting into the music right along with them. Most songs I didn't know but occasionally one would come up that most people knew and voices were added to the chords.
In the Mood came on and one lady began to cry silently to herself and I wondered what wonderful memories might be playing through her mind right then?
By the time the hour was over, I was sitting in a room full of history. I can't wait to go back with Nana for the next music session.
