I want to know how Jr.'s mom is going to play into this. Is she the key to this and why?

Lyle said she was hoping the dome would follow her when she left and save jr. Why would the dome follow her?

I'm quoting myself. No one had any thoughts on why the dome
would follow jr.s mother?

no idea :( if she thought the dome would follow, it sounds like the dome existed elsewhere before it landed on top of Chester's Mill. I can't make any sense of it :( If the dome hadn't previously existed, maybe its a product of her mind and her paintings? or maybe Junior is the love child of Big Jim and an alien (his mom) and she's on the run from alien enforcers who wanted to trap her inside a dome? I'm just making wild guesses lol

Sorry I am behind! I didn't watch last week's episode until this past weekend.

I think she thought the dome would follow her, because she was the only one seeing these things happen. She was painting the pictures of everthing we've seen (pink stars, butterflies, eggs, even red rain). If she thought she was the one the dome was after and she could only protect her son by leaving... As a parent, I find the idea of leaving my child to think I am dead as unimaginable, but apparently she felt it was her only option.

I am still struggling with that part.

First off, I can't stand/don't trust that pushy teacher who was no where around in season 1. Then, they have crops (that weren't infested and she didn't burn down), so they should be able to harvest that and replant. Also, what about the livestock. Milk from the cows, if the pigs from other farms, don't die, someone must have chickens... Are we sure they are going to run out of food? Maybe coffee, sugar, beer, etc, but all food?

Ok, if the coffee and beer ran out I would probably be pretty cranky, come to think of it!

But no, no ideas on how they will work this out. But looking forward to the crazy ride! LOL

I don't trust little Ms. Doom and Gloom either.

Watched the last episode. This one was really exciting and now we seem to know what is the way
to put the dome down... I hope they will find another way for it...
And can someone explain me the ending? What is
this tunnel? They opened the locker before and it was empty, right? Did I miss something?

It was an empty locker. Perhaps the tunnel could be a way out.

I liked the episode too :) It answered some questions and provided another mystery :)

About the locker...
Junior said it looked like the back of the locker had been kicked in. He thought it was probably Kyle who kicked it in. The tunnel wasn't visible before. I can't wait to see where the tunnel leads :)

I have a question but if y'all haven't read the novel, don't read my spoiler.
I don't remember how much was explained in the first season about Big Jim's side business with the sheriff and the reverend but some of those propane tanks don't contain propane, they contain anhydrous ammonia. When Big Jim was in jail, could he have told Phil which tanks contained the aa? If an aa tank was connected to the firehouse generator, it could have been the cause of the explosion.

Okay. I need to see some sweat stained, greasy people. Julia's make-up was perfect. Her hair full and bouncy and she had on her high-heeled "Jimmy Choo's" while collecting food. Really? Still gotta rock it while you're dying?

Now, on the other hand, if she dresses for the job she wants and not the job she has (leading the town), she inspires those around her that things are okay. So, maybe she's using some psychology in this.
