Walter Oobleck I don't know whether this would help or not, but my husband gets metal flakes in his eyes pretty often and he gets a piece of fishing line and wraps it around his fingers like floss and then just gently moves that across his eye, and usually it will pull the flake right out.

Not sure about offering this advice though...it always makes me uncomfortable when he does it. But it's a pretty common trick welders use.

I can see something I don't know what in the dark part of my eye...something that has been there since yesterday...hasn't moved. Be nice to get it out myself rather than go and have them ask me this happen at work, the dollar $ign$ lit up in their bright lights...found out when I did the finger that the insurance won't cover it it happens at work. sheesh! But this happened at home, anyway...doing homework...one of those Copper Country jumping chunks of grit...little thing hanging out by the garbage...could be a new life form maybe? like those no-see-um bugs...always going for the eyes. There's a couple clinics in town...maybe I'll give one of them a try-out...or I wonder if I tried to dab it out with a cotton swab? I've got these steel-lid eye-lids, how-some-ever...first time I wore contacts was a tribulation.
Sounds like time to see the doc. Before it's too late to see him. Get it?

I hope there's no fish at the end of the line, it could make it dicey.

How Good Is Your Memory?

You have an incredible memory! Impressive! You remembered all of the photos! You most likely have what's called an "eidetic" memory. This means that you have a remarkable ability to recall images. You pay attention to detail, you notice the small things, and you have a gut intuition that kicks in when you've seen something more than once. You have a great analytic abilities and you're a natural born problem solver.
