Had a rare treat yesterday! Got to watch 3 SK movies on AMC. Starting at 4:00 pm it was Dreamcatcher, Firestarter, and Children of the Corn. Resting my eyes today. :a11:
I saw that little King-thon was on. I think I spent the day with monster quest playing in the background while i got a little bit of work done.

You are Michael Myers. You are strong and dedicated, and enjoy life's adventures. Family is important to you and you enjoy sharing new memories with them each year. Sometimes they get on your nerves though which makes you just wanna plunge a butcher knife into their heart.
Me too!!!!

It's not my birthday, but I'll be gone on my birthday on the Next Big Adventure. So we had a bit of a party-ish thing with family coming over. i made pork roast, green beans, and mashed potatoes, and they all came out fantastic, so I was proud.

The Daughter, Daughter-In-Law, and Surrogate Daughter later (11 pm) pulled me away from the house for some fun times at a local gin mill. The four of us karaoke'd "Love Shack" and had a rollicking good time.

In just a few days, the Adventure will be upon me, and for all I know, I won't have Internet access through the rest of the month. I'll take the Nikon and hope to have interesting shots when I get back.

Pork roast, cooked low and slow with spices but simmering in its own juices, mostly. Pork gravy made with the stock coming from the meat. Green beans, with spices and grilled onion and bacon. Mashed potatoes, left out the salt, which makes it tough, but added sirhacha and grated Welsh cheddar.

Have you ever had one of these?

I love them and can't find them anywhere. Next to coffee and wine, it's my favorite. I hate to have to drive into Arkansas to find some, but if that's what I have to do....

Night y'all.

Happy vacation kingricefan !

My wife drinks them and they come in a variety of sizes. The local Walmart has them. Too, she's a teller at the branch of a local bank at the local grocery store and she has told me about asking Jason (the manager of the store) if he can get things they do not offer on the shelf...like Brooks Rich & Tangy ketchup, that they could not get and other things that Jason was able to acquire. So ask the manager of your local grocery where you shop if they can acquire what you seek and perhaps they can provide. Any store manager worth his or her salt knows that a pleased customer is a customer who returns time and again. Too...I'd bet you could buy either direct or from some other supplier...eBay if nothing else. Or Alice's...you can get anything you want at Alice's Restaurant.

That sounds divine! Happy birthday and have a thrilling adventure. I have a friend who loves to karaoke. I definitely have to be quite tipsy to participate but I'm told I do a mean "Lady Marmalade". There's footage but I'm too frightened to watch.

Walter Oobleck That's funny. Is the Fuji Apple her favorite too? You should have seen me at Walmart yesterday climbing on the shelf looking behind everything - I felt that surely there'd be just one. I need that flavor. I need it now. I'm going to a different Walmart today to try. Kroger doesn't carry that line at all. It's making me crazy.

I appreciate this. I couldn't get beyond a certain point, though. However, I found the questions very interesting. Oh, and they misspelled "temperaments". =D
I think I had to answer some questions about Greenway Healthcare. But it goes along with my phlegmatic personality that I answered rather than do them the dishonor of not answering. I'm sure that's what cinched it for me.
