Hello Friends!!

This year is almost over and after 4 weeks we're saying good bye to 2013 and welcomes 2014.

What have been your biggest highlights of this year? OK I can begin.

When I in March traveled with my mom and my sister to our capital to see a musical.
That was a fantastic trip.

In July I traveled with my sister to US for the second time. This was my first
time I visited New York city and we had just wonderful weather. End of the week
we flew up to Bangor ME and joined some of other members from this board
on the Kingkon weekend. It was I and my sister second time In Maine so
the place was familiar to us. t was a special opportunity to meet other members
and spend some time together. We grilled and had fun. The Tommy knockers tour
was great. I had never been on something like that before. Then on Saturday we
had the dinner or whatever we can call it. Marsha enjoyed us too and we all had
nice time. Good food was eaten and a lot of pictures was taken. This trip I will
keep in my mind as a special for this year.

In September I and my friend traveled to Sweden with a ship and we spent a couple of
hours in Stockholm Sweden. There was so much to see. We visited places that I
hadn't been before. And ate delicious food on the ship. Another nice memorial from this
year.

OK here was mind. Now it's your turn.......

I'd have to say the highlight of my year was being cured of my generalized anxiety disorder. I couldn't imagine that life could be lived without constant worry and tension. Now I see how much of my life's energy was stolen from me, wasted on useless worry, and I'm trying to make up for lost time. I feel like I've been reborn.
This really made me smile, I'm so happy for you F.F.

....haven't heard from him in a month-so the personal drama drags on and Mama and I are getting more than angry and upset....Nate was a Klingon at the KingKon, but with a little Static Guard, I took care of the problem...and yep, Tracy deserves a medal for tolerating my nonsense lo these many years...she is MY national treasure...

I hope you guys can get things sorted soon, GNTL... it's hard to be far away from each other when things aren't quite right.

Aww Johanna, this is a nice thread sweetie. Glad you enjoyed so many good experiences, especially meeting with your friends from here.

My year has been eventful, as usual. I passed my nursing management, and got a job in the area I wanted...although now I don't want it since it's giving me nothing but stress and wrinkles! I returned back to my second home Greece for nine weeks this summer, caught up with many old friends and my Greek family. Fell head over heels in love/lust...whatever you want to call it. Screwed it up, as usual, but I'm working on regaining the friendship. Sigh.

Anyhoo, I've been on numerous weekend city breaks, since I get itchy feet and can't stay still for too long! I've also been to see some amazing concerts/theatre shows...and have another concert to look forward to in a couple of weeks time. Ooh and the biggest highlight is finding out I'm going to be an aunty again...so excited to finally have a new baby in the family!!
