No - did you? I really wanted to and I dvr'd it. Are you a fan of musicals?

I did watch thanks to my daughter who saw that it was on. I really enjoyed it. The supporting cast for Carrie Underwood was terrific. The thing I most enjoyed was that the show followed the stage format and not the movie version of TSOM. So there were a few surprises throughout.

You have it recorded, Holly?

I'm not a regular fan of musicals, no, but I might be after watching this......LOL

You're a good dad! My husband kept insisting that Mary Poppins live was on. I think he was getting those commercials for Saving Mr. Banks confused with The Sound of Music. I can't wait to watch it! Now you need to catch up then: Grease, Beauty & the Beast (stage, not cartoon), Wicked.

Yes I watched it. I love Carrie Underwood. I listen to country music a lot.

I give her a lot of credit for doing this. You could clearly tell she was singing live, as with all the dancing and movement she was often out of breath (running up the stairs), but it did not lessen it, for me at least, in anyway.

I thought the supporting cast members were outstanding, especially The Mother Nun who sang Climb Every Mountain......Wow!
