Welcome back.
I find people who get tattoos so very brave. :)
I would be so worried I would hate it some day, then I would be stuck.
I think of all the things I used to LOVE and thought I would absolutely never not love.
If I'd got a tattoo then (like when I loved Shaun Cassidy that one time), I'd be a little regretful!
I hear what you're saying Danie, I would have ended up with a tattoo of a cheesy french singer, Patrick Bruel

I have tats.. hearts.. daggers .. rose .. (all small and in places not seen except the one on my ankle)
I'm getting two more tats that I know of for sure.. a dallas cowboy star on the back of my neck and a SK related tat : thinking of crossed guns and a rose (not sure where this one would be yet)
...OK, next SKMB game-"Guess Where Audra's Tats Are"...

For future reference in case you change your mind.

If you did think of the perfect tattoo would you get one?

I have four myself. Several I got while in the military that are a little..silly now. For instance my very first tat consists of the very original heart with dagger through it with my own name brilliantly in the center.
I don't regret any of them though. They each have a little story.
My favorite is my dogs(R.I.P. baby)paw holding an opal stone. My grandmothers name was Opal.
I've thought of getting an SK related one but can't seem the perfect one. Plus I'm getting old and it really does hurt more!

Now imagine my walking around with THAT as a tramp stamp. :)

I don't think I can think of the perfect tattoo, so I'm having trouble answering that question.
Since there is nothing I love well enough to want it permanently on my body, look at it every day, and know that it's there to stay, I guess I'd have to say no.

As my daughter says about getting tattoos, you wouldn't put a bumper sticker on a Bentley.
