i bid on a pet auction one time, SK neighbor was able to get a signed limited book from SK! the book sold for $1900. I was the winner. It took 3 months of saving from my part time job to pay it off, but it is my favorite needful thing! I saw the listing on SK Collector. Tomas. If you contact him, i will surely lose this auction. :(

This is fantastic news! Sorry, Scott, but your post about the person saying it was a fake made me crack up. It's just way too funny to me! There's always gotta be someone to come and rain on the parade, so to speak. I hope this book goes for over $2,000!!!

....thought you all might like to see the pretty message I received on my personal Ebay page today....to say I'm outraged and angry is like saying the Atom bomb was a mere firecracker.....Marsha is aware and I have also filed a grievance with Ebay.....
Dear gntlgnt,

This item is a fake. And the letter you typed up is not a COA, it would be an LOA if it were authentic. Legitimate COAs come from experts, not someone's personal assistant. As a lifelong Stephen King devotee, I am appalled you would charge such an exorbitant amount for a book worth $17.00 by forging the name of one of the greatest masters of the craft. And fabricating an amateurish facsimile of what you imagine the letterhead of a world renowned author would use, while simultaneously alleging that a personal assistant could authenticate autographs and editions, is the epitome of ludicrous. But the coup de grace is that you have the audacity to claim that all proceeds will be used in some sort of charitable donation. I cannot begin to tell you how many laws you are violating. I can tell you it has not gone unnoticed. And I'm not the only one who noticed it. I suggest you take a moment to ponder the wisdom of the aforementioned actions and then - make good choices.

Sucks to have your integrity questioned, but it's objectively hilarious, you have to admit. I'd love to see how many absolute fakes this person has that they would swear on their life are real :) And here;'s a chance for the real deal, and they're ignoring it *smdh*
