Starting tomorrow, I'm really going to write like a madman. I'm almost done with the second chapter of one WIP, and about to begin wrapping up the fourth chapter of another. I've also got short stories in progress. On top of that, I need to write a play by December 15. I don't know what genre it will be, but hopefully it can be something that is easily produced and can make a reasonable return on investment.

Sending a ton of positive writing vibes.

Great work!!! Remember that Stephen King and Ray Bradbury had to write many, many, uh...less-than-publishable words before producing their masterful works! Neither of them were heard of before at least their mid-twenties!

Put a couple square of double-five Dutch-lap Great Barrier vinyl siding on a house yesterday up on Tamarack Hill, russet. Adam didn't work as Kobe, his small white dog needed to go to the vet. Kobe passed. Got to play fetch with him for about five or six throws a few days before. Today we're not working as it is the first day of deer rifle season here in the U.P. Be nice to take more than one day off, been working often for months, don't believe I've had much in the way of vacation since April of last year. Maybe I'll take two days. Then again, maybe not. S'posed to get some rain today but there's nothing on the future radar picture, snow possibly on Saturday, though the predicted temperature argues against that idea. Game camera has captured shots of potential, one big eight-pointer and a huge six, plus five or six smaller bucks. They changed the rules a year ago and depending on what kind of license you purchase you are limited. I'd like to put some venison in the freezer but this year I can't take a doe in December if all else fails. Haven't had to do that--a doe--but the option was there before. This year we don't have that option. One of the largest bucks I harvested was on a day like this, more like early autumn than the onset of winter. We get some rain I can do more walking around, quiet, the bush is noisy with the fallen leaves when it is dry. Rain quiets things. Will bring my kindle and maybe that hardback I got in the mail yesterday, a portable ground blind in case it starts raining hard. I can park it inside and read. I hope you have a wonderful day. Me, I'm hoping for a Rainy Tuesday. :)

I'm compiling Christmas lists for Angel Tree kids that my company's Community Outreach Group is adopting this year. There is a form for each child that the parent has filled out with needs/wants. Trying not to get depressed.
May the spirit of the holiday season open the eyes and pockets of givers, so those who are in need may celebrate the season.

....our local Secret Santa has a huge old building in town that will be bustling before long, and their list of need grows exponentially each year.....I took them a big box of action figures and toy cars some time ago to help out, and will probably give them cash as well.....they are big hearted folks and all volunteer-that put in hours and hours every season to make sure as many kids have Christmas as possible.......

I've got two big windows coming in Thursday for that old Bosch Brewery building in Lake Linden and Adam will be gone, out-of-town for a couple weeks. Building is made from that old Jacobsville sandstone, one of many old buildings in the area like that. Calumet Theatre, another...pile of others. Who can help? Windows there now are big ugly heavy monsters, fixed picture. Eight feet wide by almost five high. Double-glaze. I think I'll tape 'em up and smash them with a sledge. Anyone asks tell 'em I'm expecting a hurricane. Rock me momma like a hurricane. Hey...momma rock me. Could check with Justin, see if he headed south for work. Have a list of four or five others, guys who don't work but they seem to have all their bills paid? Probably live to be a hundred and twenty? I'd rather sit in a tree.

My day started at 5 30 am,one of my neighbours was at the door with one of her paintings and couldn't get the
small tabs at the back of the frame pushed into place. She has an art show starting tonight and was a bit over
whelmed with all the work of framing she left until the last minute. Her hands are deformed because of arthritis
and while he paintings are stunning she has a difficult time doing the framing. I don't mind helping, right now
anything to make me feel useful is a bonus, but 5 30 am ........ :hammer:
