I started watching a show on Netflix called "Haven," recently. As I'm watching the first few episodes I keep thinking that the show is very Stephen King-ish. After about four episodes I notice the screen telling me it's based on a Stephen King book called Who Killed the Colorado Kid?

So yeah, I had a little laugh about it and am now enjoying the show even more because it's based on the word of the original Wordslinger!

But yeah, thought you might enjoy my cluelessness!

Guess I'm going to have to read the book, aren't I? ;)

The series was good for a little while - I liked the character named Duke (Eric Balfour)

Guess I will have to get my hands on a copy of "The Colorado Kid" :nerd:

I liked the series. It was based on The Colorado Kid but it was its own thing at the same time. It didn't drag for too long and I think it was able to close all doors before the ending without leaving any big plotholes or loose ends. Loved to hunt all the Stephen King easter eggs during the episodes.
