Sick enough to miss some time at work. And one of the medications prescribed to me gave me an awful rash. It doesn't itch, but I am feeling quite... ugly. The rash covers the entire upper half of my body. Quite noticeable. I'm off the medication right now, but it will be a minute before the rash goes away. Not to mention that I had to get yet another different medication today to help me feel better and that set my recovery back and added to my expenses.

Of course, I don't want to just sit here and whine. I think that maybe the bartender in this here Cantina could whip me up a nice Old Fashioned. That would be just the ticket. Especially since I am tired of drinking nothing but plain old water.

Well that was different - just went to a community centre where I saw a lot of young people dancing - there were a few with "jingle dresses" but mostly just young kids still in training. Afterwards we had bannock, soup and water.

Kinda like the spoiler above but not exactly on a grand scale.

Some of the very little ones were awfully cute - lots of energy - I hope I can go back again another time.
