If it was authentic, I would be shocked. If you look at any of his signatures, the curve around Stephen is wrong - the arc is too pointed and it does not encompass the S, the T & H should be the same height or higher than the S, the K has too much of a loop and it almost always should be outside of the Stephen "swoosh", the end of the "swoosh" line usually doesn't go much past the K, the P and G are totally off and it doesn't seem to be written at the same angle Stephen signs. Those are the things that stick out the worst.

Even is this was rushed, it would still maintain those same traits. Forgeries are meant to emulate the original or they wouldn't be forgeries. If you paid a lot for this, I would try to go thru Ebay to get your money back.

Wow, thank you. I will definitive try to get my money back now..

Hi!
I recently bought a signed picture supposedly by Stephen King.
its maybe hard to see on this image, but i can see that this cannot be a copy. Because the picture is glossy like those evoked pictures get.
I compared mine to several others on google and its seems to be legit.
What do you guys think?
Thanks for answers!

Just for fun, lets say if the signature on my picture was real.
What would it be worth?
Usually his signature adds a few hundred dollars to the item, if authentic. Of those above, the ones with personalization are the ones that stand out to me as real.

If you want to own a signed King item, I would recommend buying from a respected dealer in the King community or pick up one of his limited editions. Or try to attend an event and meet him in person.

Thanks, it would be cool to own a limited edition someday. Next time i will do better research for sure. Since i live in Sweden its gonna be pretty hard to attend an event :(
