It gets pretty hot - I could see where unsupervised kids could get a nasty burn if left alone with something like this!

That is crappy.. I wonder why? Perhaps the bread you used? Naybee it needs a good clean. That is to bad

Going to go get that damned blood test done.
Then going to go to a loan place to pick up the money I asked for so I can get these bills off my back. I'll be spending about $500 less per month in bills. Yay!! (Shhhhhhhh, don't tell Larry! He knows nothing about this. These were MY bills, and I don't want him paying them.)

Wow, I do t understand why you have to pay for medical things...

I think you misunderstood me - the sandwiches turned out fine - it was my original picture that did not show up.

How is your day going so far? Hope you're having a good day and work is not stressing you out too much :butterfly:

I don't pay for medical things. This is a personal loans to pay off my bills. Credit cards, and such.

It was a great experience at the loan office. The lady that took care of me was awesome!
We got to talking, and she is an animal foster mom. She has 2 dogs, and 6 cats, a sugar baby, and a iguana right now. She said in the last 9 months, she has had about 10 dogs.
Then we find out, she is affiliated with where we got Bethy. They will be at the petsmart this coming Saturday with puppies! So we are going to see if we can find a puppy that we all like!
So going to get that loan was a happy day all the way around! We are looking for a female puppy.
On the way home we had the kids try to think of names for a girl puppy.
Kaden said Lelia, or Milly. No decisions yet.
Then Karen, and I were trying to decide where to put the food dishes for the puppy. She wants to move the china closet into the dining room if we can fit the table in there also. We shall see.
That lady's name is Linda, and she told us some stories about some of the animals she has had. Some are heartbreaking. Right now she has a dog that won't come out from under the bed except to eat. It was abused by Amish people.
She has had dogs come to her from California, and Georgia. Those dogs traveled to meet foster care parents all that way.
Karen, and I could listen to her all day. Such a great thing she is doing!

I had an awesome time at Water Street Books tonight! Kevin and I attended Joe Hill's interview of Rio Yeours, regarding his novel, The Forgotten Girl. I had the opportunity to ask questions, and they answred. I purchased a copy of Rio's book, which he signed, and Joe threw in a signed copy of Lock and Key for free!

I found the most Awsome thing today. It was a time magazine from 1983 news years edition of 1982, and the fact that Stephen king purchased a wang computer made the issue. I was like what. That's funny. I guess it was a big deal..
Was thinking of making a silly comment regarding Mr. King's Wang but I have way too much respect for him to do that :m_crazy::m_adore::m_bigwink::m_curious:

Yes, I got to talk to Joe. He told me that Less Than Zero was a book written from the second person point of view. He also sort of went on a tangent we when I asked a two part question to Youers, and it took a while to get back to the second part if my question. I good naturedly chided him for it, and everyone had a good laugh.
The event was really about Rio's book, so Joe didn't hang around long afterward. They were both very down to earth guys.
Yes, there was someone recording but I don't know who. It was either Water Steet Books are someone associated with Rio and his book, The Forgotten Girl. I didn't get any pictures but there was one on Joe's Instagram from tonight.
