Guys... I get that we aren't permitted to create poetry on here anymore, or live write, but is there a way to at least be able to go 'back in the stacks' among the poetry threads and live writing areas? I wrote directly into the tablet and don't have much of work saved. I'd at least like to re-read some of the earlier stuff I wrote. Even if it was available in a non-edit format... Guess I didn't realize you 'upgrade' every couple years and I would lose any typed in stuff. Is all. What do you think?

We'd given a notice that folks had a week to retrieve any information that was in their personal profiles but if it was in one of the Social Groups, that should still be archived--it just can't be added to. You can contact Jordan for verification as to whether what you want to retrieve is still available.

The Social Groups are archived, that is we still have all of the posts from within them, but at this time they are not accessible. Once I've set it up so that they can be seen but not posted to, they will be viewable again. I have some other more pressing projects at the moment, but I should be able to set this up in the next couple of weeks.

Wilmington DE, strange little place.
I wanna suggest that the "your content" button be bigger and brighter

when you hover over your name the window pops up.
The "your profile" button is big and bright.
I think the "your content" button should be like that.

ALSO please
my avatar now lists me as a "well known member"
how does this work? please list the stats numbers
for these "titles" please

Tiny, you can change your title to whatever you want (within appropriate reason).

Hhhhmmm... maybe im doing it wrong.

I changed it, or tried to. Under my Wendy/Danny pic
it now reads "member received \: Anoying questions AWARD"
I put that there myself.
but the "well known member" thing didnt change.
I'm only seeing RECEIVED: Annoying Questions award beneath your name.
I think Tiny may have written this message before making the final change to his Custom Title?

I have another suggestion, and I think the old site did this.

When replying within a thread, sometimes someone else posts while I'm typing. Can you set it so instead of posting the reply, it gives the message someone else has posted and ask if I still want to post my reply?

I'm not sure if my suggestion is clear.

The Mb does provide a message stating there have been other posts since you started to reply ( or something like those words), but I am not sure you can "read" those new posts without losing the one you have started.

You can read them without losing your draft--I've done that a number of times. Just click on where it says something like "view new posts." Sorry, can't remember the exact wording.

Is there something in my own settings I need to change? Several times I am posting something! and when I enter it, it just goes into the post and I get no notification anyone else has posted.

Sometimes someone has actually answered my question and it looks like I'm just ignoring them or something. (The site has been wonky with my iPad and it can be really slow typing here.)

And I don't think it's just me. If you look at the alphabet game, there are sometimes two or three responses to the same letter, and if the person saw someone else had already replied (while they were typing) they would have changed their answer, kwim?

Sometimes people play the games who are moderated people. Their posts have to wait to be approved. In the meantime, unmoderated people keep playing. When those posts finally get okay'd, they are late to the game.
