Had this happened on my watch, they would have been deleted as well. As Flakes said, duplicate posts such as the ones you'd posted with no new comment and not quoting anyone else would have been thought to be a technical glitch that resulted in the same post showing up more than once. Happens every so often. It's nothing personal--either on the part of the poster or the moderator--as it would be deleted no matter who had posted it or who was moderating.
According the the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC), an easy way to disinfect hard, non-porous surfaces with a product you likely have at home is to combine 1/3 cup of regular chlorine bleach (sodium hypochlorite) bleach per gallon of water. (Clorox recommends using 1/2 cup bleach per 1/2 gallon.) For small batches, use 4 teaspoons of regular chlorine bleach and 1 quart of water.
To use: Wearing gloves, dip a cloth into the mixture, wipe the surface, allowing the solution to contact the surface for five minutes and air dry. For food contact surfaces, like countertops and high chair trays, rinse with warm water and air dry after disinfecting. Be careful not to splash the bleach solution on your clothes or in your eyes and use it sparingly on stainless steel sinks and surfaces.
Forgot to add above that some recipes swap out vodka for the rubbing alcohol as that might not be available in some stores now as people are having to make their own due to the run on commercial hand sanitizers.

This is tourism season in Florida, so this is really going to be devastating for restaurants, bars and hotels around here. This is going to put a lot of people out of work and probaly do in some of the local restaurants.
In NC, the governor has mandated that all restaurants close for dining in. Take out and delivery options are still available.
Right now, the salon is still open and only the governor has the power to make us close. Our grocery stores have a decent supply of food.
Traffic is down to the levels I remember from the early 80s. People are scared sh*tless, which might be a good thing, considering the TP shortage........

Not sure about the truthfulness, but I heard that vodka isn't a good option because it is only 40% alcohol, and a sanitizer needs to be 70% to be effective.
If vodka is not available why not 151 Rum, has over 75% alcohol content.
Much more than vodka which has 40%, if I remember correctly.
Everclear?
Shark makes handheld steam sanitizers/cleaners, handy to have around. ( Great at cutting grease too.)
If there's no bleach, Lysol etc. available, there's hot boiling water.
Better than nothing.

That is correct about needing higher levels of alcohol. Depends on the vodka, I guess, as they do make higher proofs than 40% but the article link does mention that you need to have the higher alcohol content with the rubbing alcohol in order to be effective.

Our State Stores (that sell liquor and wine) are now closed. I stopped yesterday afternoon to pickup a bottle of Jägermeister and some wine for my brother’s annual St Patrick’s dinner of corned beef and cabbage, and it was a madhouse with people filling up shopping carts with booze. I got the last big bottle of Jäger they had. Our Pennsylvania governor has now stated that the State Stores will be closed INDEFINITELY. You can still get beer at beer distributors, and beer at some grocery stores (limit of 12 bottles/cans) and wine (limit of 1 bottle) but you’re $hit out of luck in the state for spirits. Looks like jaunts over to New Jersey will soon be in order.
10 Gallon Traditional Copper Moonshine Still on sale for $550.
Nice sale... Time to brew some good old Northern Appalachia Pocono Mountain Firewater? I wonder if my high school friend still has his grandmother's recipe.

We never did take kindly to revenuers in these here parts. Too many Irish and them revenuers wisely stuck to the lowlands and left the highlands alone. Lots of big old boulders to get buried under.
