You are absolutely correct:) I piss and moan sometimes about being born and raised in Arkansas, but as I watched the terrain change from flat lands to domed mountains on my flight into XNA last weekend, it felt pretty good getting back to the hills.

I feel the same if I have to go to London (a mere hour away). Hate the built up city. Rolling home on the train, nothing makes me happier than seeing the fields and cows and villages. Sometimes the best part of going away is the coming back. Take it easy.

This is the way I read all the time. I need a bookmark that says "Get Lost in a Book". I really like that you share yourself here.

Thank you! Actually we don't have any snow right now and going to be mid 40s today. But we've had quite a bit of the white stuff already.

I've been reading Mr. King's books for the better part of thirty years. One cold day in the winter of 1982, just after my tenth birthday, I picked up "Cujo" from my local library and read it cover to cover the same day. Something magical happened during that day, the last magical thing I can remember in my life until I met my wife and when my son was born. Time slipped on the day I read my first Stephen King book. I didn't realize I was done with the book until I looked up after the last page. The sun was setting, it was getting dark, and I had no recollection of time passing since reading the first page. I have never forgotten that day, it is sacred in my memory. On that day, time really was different. That was the day I joined the ranks of constant reader.

Spending time with my wife and son, firearms, reading books on my Nook, fishing.
