sRegina was going through their appointment calendar today and saw that on her birthday feb 2, bill had printed Happy Birthday and on Valentine's day , he had printed....Bill loves Regina(true). It would break one's heart. They were so very much in love.
They had been married for 18 years. I know that these were the happiest days of their lives. It was all about them, as it should be. She is putting away some of his stuff....not as easy thing to do.
It's a long time to be together. My sister-in-law is going through the same thing. Her birthday is on Feb 5th and their 29th wedding anniversary is on Feb 6th.
It's an awful thing for them both to have to come to grips with.

I'm so sorry Staro. I am thinking about you, and offer my sincere condolences to you and your friend, Regina.
Regina is going through a very hard time right now. The numbness has worn off. She has taken care of the legal things that has to be done. Now she is feeling the loneliness of losing the person she loved so very much. I never imagined having to console someone who means so much to me. There is nothing that will make this better...except time. It will not make the hurt any less but will make it a bit more liveable, I suppose.
So sorry that you lost your friend Bill, you describe him as a wonderful person. Regina will need all your love and support as she adjusts to her new world. All of you have my prayers
