Ask one of the wonderful moderators here for help in doing that. You can edit a post, but there is a time limit to do so. I don't think you can delete a created thread but maybe a moderator can?
I can delete it for you but will need the link to that thread or at least the description of it and what forum it is located in.
There is a 30-minute window after posting in which you can edit your post. After that, you'll need to go through a moderator.
