I've heard that "Jerusalem's Lot" in Night Shift is often considered to be a part of the Chtulu mythos. I don't know that much about Lovecraft, but a friend of mina is a hardcore fan and he mentioned this connection.

Yeah it definitely have some Lovecraft connections.

I really liked Crouch End. The Lovecraft homage of course, but it's very disorienting which I also like. I also have the Audio CD read by none other than Tim Curry. Can't do much better than that!
