Is this a good one to have? I think I saw one at a secondhand bookstore here a week or so ago. I'm not a huge fan of the early Bachmans (aside from The Running Man), so I didn't give it much thought.

If it's the same cover, grab it! Don't read that copy--get a copy of The Bachman Books and read it there. This probably the scarcest of all the Signet Bachman books and sells well over $100 for a beat-up copy.

Rage is the holy grail when it comes to collecting King. It's up there with firsts of 'Salem's Lot and Carrie.

If you don't want it, buy it and send it to me! ;)

One just went for $404 on Ebay a couple of days ago. One copy without the cover went for over $100. It really is one of the rarest titles out there!

ARBOR HOUSE TREASURY OF HORROR AND THE SUPERNATURAL, hardback, 1980. Library sale, couldn't believe it. I'd read it before, of course--it has THE CRATE. Thought, "Man, wish they'd just sell me the bloody thing, ugh, the crate--The Crate!" And LO! Several years later, it hath come to pass.

One damn buck. Yer bugger! Great shape, too, being sealed in that plastic dust jacket all this time.
