....as I have gotten older, I start noticing those of a similar age that are reaching their clearings....and more and more are falling sooner, it is scary and sobering to confront one's own mortality in such a way...Lynn was a beautiful lady, and one that personified that era's sound in Country music....the angelic choir has another featured voice now...

I've been thinking the same thing too. Starting to do some funeral/burial information gathering, you know, just to be pro-active and stuff, and it's really weird to think in those terms.

I have many memories of mom and dad listening to Rose Garden on 8-track in the car during our vacations. RIP Lynn.
