I love the fact that SK is in full swing with two books a year, but I can't keep up with what I still need to read from the back-catalog. Not really a complaint, though, as I'll have books to come for years to come after he hangs up the keyboard.
Yeah, you have a lot of enjoyment ahead. Nothing like the first read.

any news on a book tour or book signing for Bazaar of Bad Dreams? I know a few people complain about book signings but his fans were awesome in Bridgton and he seemed to have a great time!

It was awesome getting to meet Stephen King in Bridgton and getting my new top 5 book signed! Finders Keepers! I love the story! Cant wait for end of watch.

I now have all of his books flatsigned! except for Bazaar.

Finders Keepers was awesome! The very last line got me super curious about what is going to be up with End of Watch. I think I have figured out the premise of it, judging by the original name of the new novel.

I am upset that there isn't a button for me to press spoiler so I can hide my enthusiasm about the ending of the 2nd book without spoiling it, but since you read it i'll just say.
I think _____ is the reason why the ______ killed themself.
I have put a spoiler around that part of your post for you. There is a short time to edit your post if you'd like to include the names.
Below is information on using the spoiler tags:
Spoilers
You can either type in the coding yourself by typing:
[spoiler ] the words you want hidden followed by [ /spoiler]
(just eliminate the spaces between text and brackets)

Or highlight the words you want hidden click the insert button
insert-button.png
, and select Spoiler.

I already have exhaustion waiting for this one. It seems like the promotion period between the initial announcement and release date is getting longer and longer. I remember the days when a new book would suddenly show up in the bookstore. I wonder if all this promotion leading up to the release (e.g. revealing the cover, contests etc) actually increases sales all that much or is just a function of the Internet world? They do it because they can. The only people who seem to see this stuff is those of us who are already fans and would buy the book if it was printed on paper napkins.

Does Mr. King have to do book tours and publicity events? I always wondered if his constant readers would make everything a best seller without Mr. King's needing to do anything to promote a book. Would there be a difference in sales if he did no publicity? Probably a dumb question but that's never stopped me before. Thanks, Mal.
