Another icon from my youth has passed. I was a major EW&F fan from my late teens into my early twenties. Maurice was a very talented man.
Saddened by this,loved EW&F..who didn't dance to this one back in the eighties..RIP my friend,thanks for the music..
We saw them in concert a couple, three years ago. Oh, man, they were good, and you forgot how much music, and GOOD music, they brought to popular culture.

...I cannot put into words how much this one hurts....EWF has always been one of my favorite "bands of youth", as well as one of those acts I never tired of spinning in my DJ salad days....they just "had it"...and they kicked brass!...man that horn section was killer....Maurice, you were a King.....everybody say "YOW"!....
