Now I feel I should have kept my mouth shut about Kegels (probably just a coincidence)
I'm just so happy to find out they have physiotherapists like that out there - everyone is always looking for an easy solution to medical problems - hit it with a prescription drug or an operative procedure.
I prefer the "Wellness" approach - nip the problem in the bud before it gets too bad.
You would not believe some of the stuff I type --it's almost like a horror story!

Already took Ty to the dentist. No cavities! 
Supposed to take RJ for a hair cut. It is much needed but he does not like hair cuts. He is going to flip out and it will be up to me to try to keep him calm and still.

I read a book a long time ago called "Marijuana Reconsidered" (well actually they spelled it "Marihuana" with an H)

Will be doing a little cleaning around SwiftDog Manor. Guitar lesson at noon. Maybe go to the record store afterwards.
I felt a bit sick earlier today. I bought a Chinese meal yesterday and put it in my backpack to have today but the top came off and I had black bean sauce all over Dolores Claiborne. I chucked the meal out and then went up the road and bought a two sandwiches. A Ham cheese and tomato and a chicken mayo. Also a big flagon of orange and passionfruit juice. Also bought a $20 internet voucher. Then tonight I will read some more. The guy up the road was rude to me so I'm not talking to him anymore.
MeTV has starting showing Have Gun Will Travel, so I have been watching that, and then going to youtube to watch more. Been a long time since I have seen that show!

Survived Mom's birthday and all went great. She had a wonderful time.
