Remember him well from "Crossing Jordan" and most recently as Granger on NCIS-LA. You could tell he was ill over the past season. Thinner, raspy voice. May he now be at peace. Thoughts to family and co workers.
I loved him in Crossing Jordan. I actually really liked that show, but they strayed from the beginning formula which is what intrigued me to begin with. What was the mystery she was trying to solve. Something about her mom? Did we every find out the answer to Jordan's questions?

She was trying to solve the murder of her mother. Yes, but it's complicated. I'll get with you PM later.

One of my favorites. I loved "Crossing Jordan" too. Plus all of the other great movies and TV shows he was in. I never watched NCIS-LA but saw a promo the other night and thought he looked awfully gaunt.

I remember reading about him testifying in the murder case against his cousin's boyfriend. His cousin was Dominique Dunn, the young actress who played the older sister in Poltergeist. She was murdered by her boyfriend -- allegedly (ha!). Miguel testified about their relationship. His anger really showed in the article I read in which he was quoted. I don't think I'd ever want him angry at me... that glare!

I'm surely going to miss him. Thanks, Miguel. Vaya con Dios.
