Hi!

I'm brand spanking new here and joined to see if I could get help from the SK community.

My favorite book of all time is IT. I've always owned a cheap paper back, but I'd finally like to get a first printing non book club edition.

I understand they pop up on eBay but I'm looking to find one in gorgeous shape.

Hopefully someone here can help me out or point me in the right direction.

I have PayPal at the ready and will pay handsomely!

Finding a beautiful copy of IT is very possible, but it will take some time, lots of communication with Ebay sellers, perhaps a few copies that you have to send back. You will eventually find it though, PROBABLY at around $100-125. I'm not sure that it is a display piece er se, but each collector has their thing. You MAY want to consider watching for the Cemetery Dance edition, whether it is the Gift, Numbered or Lettered. They are all beautifully put together books and have a much bigger visual impact.

Also, right now, Suntup Press is doing a great art print of the artwork for the IT cover. You can see it at IT Poster – Suntup Editions . Again, this is something that makes a BIG impact.

Yeah I just have to be patient. It's my favorite book of all time, so getting a true first printing in the described condition is a goal of mine.

That is such a cool art print!!!! I bought one to tide me over. Thanks kindly for directing me to it :)

There are also two sizes of a signed fine art print if you are interested in signed collectibles. You just have to look thru the Suntup website shop.
