Well that was hard to read. Even though that guy was a POS, and I wanted to hate him, I just felt he had to live after all he'd been through. Amputating yourself to death, only SK could draw up that one.

I loved reading the story though it was a little difficult. I love difficulty to a point and of a type. Survivor Type is expertly written tongue-in-cheek which makes it more, er, palatable.

Loved this story, one of my favorites.

My 3rd grade son recently read a book called Hatchet. He loved it, and I read it too since he liked it so much, wanted to see what it was about. all I could think was I can't wait til he's a little older, and I can let him read Survivor Type.
