Limited to king only. If u were to choose 1 book for a Christmas Gift this year what would it be.

Mine would definitely b the 1st king book i ever read which is 11/22/63. Ofcourse wouldnt b regurlar one. It would b the one that came autographed with a dvd. Sealed with a round sticker on front cover. Believe 850 were made. Stephen king collecter website has value at 375 to 425. But usually sale for north of 700. Some 800 to 850. Great read. Captures u right away.

I KNOW which King book I'm getting: Sleeping Beauties :) Probably with a side order of Strange Weather (Joe Hill). Any King book after summer is a no brainer for my kids to get me for a gift, so I never buy them for myself.

I don't care much about autographs and first editions, I'm afraid. I just want a book to read :)

Okay, I can think of one I wanted years ago: a first edition The Gunslinger. Our local comic shop/secondhand book store had a single pristine copy when it first came out--I think it was around $250 then (which might as well have been $250,000 to me then--I was broke as a joke). MAN, I wanted that book. I worried that it would never come out in a format that I could actually read.

....I have that one....from CD right?...
Nope, the one I'm referring to was published by Sai King under his own Philtrum Press imprint. All of the stories have been published elsewhere but I would like a signed/numbered copy of this particular edition for my collection. They are quite pricey, especially for a paperback book.
