It usually takes about two weeks to get the books from them. I went to your profile page but it doesn't say where you live so if you're in the States two weeks would be about right.

I'm in Ireland and my first order from them, Lisey's Story, arrived today in great condition. Took 14 days or thereabouts and I'm more than happy with their service so far.

It is indeed! :icon_eek:
There was another title that folks ended up waiting about 5 years for. I think it was Legacies. Could be wrong on the title though. Then there is the tale of the Harlan Ellison anthology (Dangerous Visions III) that Steve wrote a story for that Harlan apparently refuses to publish/release as he thinks that Steve's story could be better with a couple of changes. That's been on hold for a couple of decades now......

Ayuh. I've read the story in question (I believe it's called Squad D) and there's nothing wrong with it at all. It's a pretty powerful King story.

I know that as Constant Readers we're bound to be biased but I honestly couldn't imagine Mr. King supplying a story for publication unless he was personally happy with it first.

Stephen wouldn't have sent it out (especially to Harlan, who is very well known for not holding back his opinions to put it mildly) if he didn't feel that it was a well written tale. Harlan has his own idea on how the story should end and Steve likes own his ending. Check mate.
