That's so cool, how long were you there? (Do you have any recordings of yourself?) Guess you played these, then:

...oh yeah, sure did-as long as it was in the Adult Contemporary format.....I was there a smidge over 4 years, and no-nothing from there except a couple of buried cassettes here at the house.....unless I needed a resume tape-I didn't and haven't kept much of my work in any kind of archive.....never thought about it, cuz my family and friends around the area have all heard me.....

John Cougar Mellencamp's The Lonesome Jubilee was released in August 1987. It was the first Mellencamp album I ever bought, the first album I ever bought, and it is to-date the best album I have ever heard. My love of John's music started when I heard the irresistible beat of Hurts So Good back in the early 80s, and my lifelong passion for his music began with this album. I still have that album. On cassette.
