It's called The Last Man on Earth. There's another version with Vincent Price, unsure of the title, but I believe there are still more film adaptations.

I love The Omega Man! I saw that back in 1971 when it first came out on a double bill with another movie; it may have been Escape From the Planet of the Apes! Ah, those were the days!Yes, the Smith version isn't that good but the one starring Charleton Heston is a classic- it's called The Omega Man.

That's the one. I believe it was an Italian production. Crude but oddly effective. That one's titled The Last Man on Earth.

Wasn't the 'Last Man on Earth' movie with Vincent Price? I think it was based on a Richard Matheson Book-I am Legend. Mark.
So what was the "Last Man on Earth", Vincent Price was in it?That movie was called "The Omega Man"...and I think there were as many as 3, possibly 4 movies based on Matheson's story...the latest the one with Will...Something. I forget his...Smith...Will Smith.

The Best is Vincent Price's movie.I'm not sure...I'd have to use a search engine to discover the truth of that. Oops! Have I explained that I am aging? Heh! Yes...Vincent Price/Last Man on Earth...based on Matheson...and the other, Omega Man, had Charleston Heston in the lead roll...then there was the Will Smith movie from a couple three years ago...and I think there was still another.
I thought Charlton Heston was a pretty good actor. Especially in "Planet of the Apes." Mark.I love The Omega Man! I saw that back in 1971 when it first came out on a double bill with another movie; it may have been Escape From the Planet of the Apes! Ah, those were the days!
