I'm gonna say Nay. Got me a hairy pest, that damn mutant raccoon I've been griping about (although he hasn't much hair left, thing looks like it mighta lived through a forest fire). Last trick he pulled is eating half a pack of cigarettes I left on the back porch--chewed right into the pack, paper and all. Chomp chomp.

At least, I think it was the coon. I'd hate to think Mama Deer has developed a tobacco habit.
