Would I get sued for calling this screenplay I want to write 'November Spawned a Monster' after the Morrissey song of the same name?

In general, titles aren't subject to copyright protection -- there are too few words. However, that doesn't mean you won't get sued. It is Morrissey, after all. It only means you'd have a legal defense if you were!

** caveat: I'm not a lawyer (but this guy is, so maybe listen to him)

Well, considering it's Morrissey, he'd mope about for a bit, bum everyone out around him, and then call a lawyer to sue :)
